My lil bro's birthday

His birthday was on 18th November but my parents decided to celebrate it today

The reason? I also don't know why so i'm just going with the flow

I didn't get to say this properly to him because on 18th November my lil bro just got back from Kuala Lumpur so its a little awkward to say it properly to him since he had been a way for a week

But at least I wished to him right ? XD
